Automated Tire, Inc. is transforming the tire-changing process with state-of-the-art robotic technology. Their innovations significantly reduce the time required to change tires while enhancing installation quality and ensuring technician safety. I developed multiple subsystems for their system, primarily the wheel balancing subsystems, and was named on Patent #US20230417616A1

Teradyne

I have supported multiple projects and served as Project Manager for 9 different projects (so far!) for Teradyne. I’ve designed thermal insulation, ergonomic parts, high-load structures, lifting gantries, plumbing systems, and high-volume plastic parts, and done tolerance analysis, structural FEA, assembled prototypes, and created clean documentation & manufacturing packages for production. It’s been fantastic working with them!

Lab Manager Position

I am the Lab Manager of Acorn’s Boston office. My responsibilities include:

• Purchasing, maintaining, and organizing tools

• Buildout of the lab when Acorn moved facilities

• Ensuring that our lab space is compliant per ISO 13485

• Managing space utilization on shared workbenches

• Overseeing the usage of the company’s SLA 3D printer

• Developing new procedures for shipping and receiving, equipment calibration, and material storage
